wow attack of the incubus that night.
oooh had I recalled there was such a thing I wouldve tried screaming to see if any sound would come out.
but at that point of time i guess i was too tired& too dumb to give a damn.
ohyeah, just so the ignorant people know.

an incubus is a demon in male form supposed to lie upon sleepers, especially on women in order to have sexual intercourse with them. The Incubus drains energy from the woman it performs sexual intercourse upon in order to sustain itself, and in most cases either kills the victim or leaves the victim alive but in very weak or fragile condition

Sleep paralysis is a condition characterized by temporary paralysis of the body shortly after waking up (known as hypnopompic paralysis) or, less often, shortly before falling asleep

More often than not, sleep paralysis is believed by the person affected by it to be no more than a dream. This is the reason why there are many dream recountings which describe the person lying frozen and unable to move.

Others have argued that sleep paralysis might be the point of separation of the "dream body" from the physical body and out-of-body travel then begins - hmm i dont think this is true cause it was definitely a first-person situation, not a third-person one.

Some report that various factors increase the likelihood of both paralysis and hallucinations.
Irregular sleeping schedules; naps, sleeping in, sleep deprivation
Increased stress
Sudden environmental/lifestyle changes
A lucid dream that immediately precedes the episode



i was about to sleep when it happened
so yeah, i didnt think of it as a big deal anyway. ;S
erh but this numbing& subsiding happened consecutively for a few times
the next moment i had awoken from my sleep ;S
that was how gay it got, the point being it felt like i was in a dream when all that happened.
but again i could FEEL the impact so perhaps not.
i'd like to think it was though.
couldnt help the headache today anyway

mich says after you get an incubus attack it's good to clean your ceiling because there'd be spider webs.
or RATHER, spider webs are the cause of this phenomenon.
